OwlEstate have provided building management services to Wharfside Teneriffe (10 Vernon Tce) for over 18 months and performed the role to an incredible high standard. This has included rectifying compliance issues, reducing risks to visitors and residents, proactively improving the look and function of the building, and at all times providing timely communication to the Body Corporate and current tenants. As the former Chair of the Wharfside Body Corporate, I found Jesus and his team punctual, professional and efficient. Of greatest benefit is his ability to understand long term building needs and break them down into priorities that can be phased over time inline with current risks as well as available sinking funds.
