I’m Jesus Pardo, founder of OwlEstate. I’ve worked in engineering and project roles, and I’ve been a strata investor, so I know how frustrating poor building management is. We pick up issues early, keep people informed, and look after the building as if it were our own. OwlEstate no longer offers residential property management — we focus on building management and caretaking.

What does OwlEstate do?
OwlEstate is a boutique building-management and caretaking firm for Brisbane body corporates. We coordinate inspections, contractors, preventative maintenance, reporting and day-to-day caretaking. OwlEstate no longer offers residential property management.
What is the difference between a building manager and a strata manager?
A strata manager runs the legal and financial machinery of the scheme: meetings, levies, records, insurance administration. A building manager looks after the physical place: common areas, contractors, presentation and inspections. OwlEstate is the building-management and caretaking appointment. We work with your strata manager, not instead of them.
Where does OwlEstate work?
We look after apartment buildings in Brisbane and nearby suburbs. Named buildings in our care include Wharfside in Teneriffe, Bridgewater Quays, Duo on Belgrave, Windermere Tower, Lancaster Tower, and Sutherland Tower & Sky Villas.
