By using this site you agree to these terms. They cover this marketing site and the building-management and caretaking information on it. OwlConcierge at app.owlconcierge.com.au is the separate staff and resident platform. These terms do not run that app.
This site is information. It is not legal, strata, or financial advice. A services contract is agreed separately in writing. Nothing on this site is an offer to supply services. We may refuse an enquiry.
