We help put caretaking, contractor relationships and reporting in place before settlement so the committee is not inheriting a cold building. Defects lists, access, waste, cleaning and the first maintenance calendar get an owner.

How the building will actually be run
We review hours on site, contractors and what the first-year budget needs to cover. We do not publish a generic price grid. Statutory certificates stay with the appointed specialists — we coordinate the work; we do not sign off as the certifier.

Stay for the first operating period
If you need us after handover, we can remain as the building-management and caretaking appointment so residents and the committee have a named contact from day one. Once the building is with OwlEstate, OwlConcierge is available — log in always goes to the operations app, not a public shop.
