I’m Jesus Pardo, founder of OwlEstate. I’ve worked in engineering and project roles, and I’ve been a strata investor, so I know how frustrating poor building management is. We pick up issues early, keep people informed, and look after the building as if it were our own. OwlEstate no longer offers residential property management — we focus on building management and caretaking.
Hours
We typically reply within one business day. We do not have staff available 24/7; after hours we coordinate the on-call contractor where the appointment includes it.
