After practical completion
Handover is not the same as a building that runs. We sequence defects, access, waste, cleaning and contractor cover so residents are not left in a gap while the committee is still forming.

Committee onboarding
The first committee needs a named contact, a reporting rhythm and a plan they can table. We stay for the first operating period if you need us — the same form as For developers.
